I am a mom of 6 kids, 5 boys and one girl.
I started photography 15 years ago when my oldest child was just over a year old. I wanted to be able to capture our memories in a beautiful way. I bought myself a used camera and immediately read the entire manual. If I was going to learn this art I wanted to do it right. Since then I have attended many conferences and workshops, had some incredible mentors, and learned film photography to know everything I could about the entire process. Since, I have captured hundreds of families, brands and events.

It is hard to believe how quickly time goes by. The little moments I'm able to spend with my kids are everything. You would never guess it, but my kids actually dislike when we have family photo sessions, but they do love playing together. When we focused on that rather than smiling at the camera we were able to make beautiful images, but also memories too. Candid moments are one of my favorite things despite what kind of photography I am doing.
